Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked as Sale or purchased during promotional events.
- Stitched or customised garments.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Items without original tags, labels, or packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
- Retain the courier tracking number for your records.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, per your preference.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — in which case SolidLeads covers the cost.
